摘 要:对一种新型超低热值燃气催化燃烧室的特性进行了数值模拟研究。这种燃烧室采用蜂窝结构,应用于超低热值燃气轮机系统;超低热值预混气体流过蜂窝状燃烧器的每一个微细通道,在通道表面发生催化反应。分析了催化燃烧室催化剂负载量、预混气体体积流量、燃烧室入口温度和燃料体积分数等主要因素对催化反应器催化特性的影响。计算表明:催化剂负载量制约整个催化反应的速度;减小体积流量、提高燃料体积分数和提高燃烧室入口温度能够显著提高催化转化效率;为避免反应器温度过高导致催化剂失活,甲烷的浓度和燃气入口温度必须合理控制。Numerical study for the characteristics of a new combustor is provided in this paper. The combustor can be used in the super-low heat value fuel catalytic combustion gas turbine. The combustor is honeycomb-shaped. Reactions of prernixed fuel gas are mainly happening on the surface of every single channel wall in the combustor. The influence of catalyst weight, premixed gas flow rate, inlet gas temperature and fuel gas volume fraction on the catalytic characteristics of combustor was studied. The results show that: catalyst weight is the dominant factor that influence the conversion velocity of catalytic combustion. The highest fuel conversion efficiency can be obtained through lowering volume flow rate or raising fuel volume fraction and inlet temperature. At the same time, in order to maintain reactor temperatures low enough so that the catalyst does not deactivate, it is preferable to control the fuel fraction and inlet temperature.
