摘  要:综合国内外文献报道,对四环素类药物新型释药系统相关研究进行综述,旨在为新型四环素类药物释药系统的研究提供思路和方法。四环素类药物为广谱抗生素,通常应用的有四环素、地美环素、米诺环素、土霉素、多西环素,其制剂形式一般为胶囊、片剂、溶液、注射剂等。新型释药系统包括脂质体、微球、漂浮片、凝胶剂、药物-载体复合物、线剂等在四环素类药物中的研究应用逐渐成为热点,进一步研究开发四环素类药物新型释药系统,促进老药新用,将有重要意义。Referring to both domestic and foreign literatures, the recent advances of novel drug delivery systems for tetracyclines were reviewed in order to provide the strategies and rational methods for further investigations and applications of tetracyclines delivery systems. Tetracyclines, demeclocycline, minocycline, oxytetracycline, and doxycycline were normally administered in capsule, tablet, liquid and injectable forms. Some recent progress and techniques special for tetracyclines delivery, including liposomes,microspheres, floating tablets, hydrogel, matrix-drug conjugation and fiber were applied in tetracyclines sustained release studies. Further research and development of new tetracyclines delivery systems will have important significance for the conventional drugs in new use.
