摘　　要：目的观察基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、组织基质金属蛋白抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在血管瘤不同分期中的表达。方法60例血管瘤手术切除的标本根据Mulliken标准分为增生组、退化组、退化完成组,取10例正常带血管皮肤组织作对照。采用免疫组化SP法检测各组MMP-2、TIMP-2和VEGF的表达情况。结果增生组MMP-2、VEGF的阳性表达率明显高于其他各组,TIMP-2的阳性率低于其他各组;MMP-2与VEGF的表达呈正相关,MMP-2、VEGF与TIMP-2的表达呈负相关。结论MMP-2、TIMP-2和VEGF在血管瘤分期中起重要作用,其表达水平与血管瘤的病理分期有密切关系。Objective To observe the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （ MMP-2）, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 （TIMP-2） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VECF） in different periods of hemangioma. Methods Sixty specimens of hemangioma tissue excised in operation were divided into 3 groups： proliferated group, degenerative group, completed degenerative group,and 10 normal skin specimens with blood vessel were taken as control group. The expression of the MMP-2, TIMP-2 and VEGF in each group were detected with S-Pmethod. Results The positive expression of the MMP-2 and VEGF in proliferated group was significantly higher than those in other groups, and the positive expression of the TIMP-2 was lower than those in other groups. The expression of the MMP-2 and VEGF was positively related, and the expression of the MMP-2 and VEGF are negatively related with that of TIMP-2. Conclusions The MMP-2, TIMP-2 and VEGF play very important roles in different periods of hemangioma , and the levels of their expression are closely related to hemangiomatous period.
