摘　　要：通过对成人高校教学督导机制背景及趋势的分析,提出应根据成人高校教学督导的性质、任务、工作原则和方法制定课堂教学督导流程;遵循国际化标准构建在全面教学质量管理体系中运行的成人高校教学督导机制,推动课堂教学质量水平的提高。Through the analysis of the background and tendency of guide-supervision system for physical teaching in higher adult institutions, the class guide - supervision procedure should be formulated based on the quality, task, working principle and method. The class teaching quality will be under procedure control and the teaching supervision quality would be increased greatly.
