摘　　要：介绍了扫描电镜粉末样品的几种制备方法,并通过试验将各种制备方法进行比较。结果表明:不同性质的粉末样品应采用合适的制样方法。The morphology of powder sample and its grain size and chemical composition are observed by SEM. Several preparation methods of powder samples for SEM observation are introduced and they are compared by experiments. Results indicate that the powder sample with different properties should be prepared by the corresponding suitable methods.
