摘　　要：目的:分析急性脑血管病并发急性肾功能衰竭的原因及其特点,探讨预防措施。方法:对急性脑血管病并发急性肾功能衰竭45例进行回顾分析。结果:本组45例急性脑血管病并发急性肾功能衰竭患者中,治愈好转30例,放弃治疗3例,死亡5例,7例行血液透析治疗后均预后良好。结论:急性脑血管病并发急性肾功能的发生,与发病年龄、原有基础疾病及治疗药物的使用等密切相关,一旦发生,应及时积极治疗。Objective：To investigate thecausation and the trait of the acute cereral apoplexy is complicated by acute renal failure,probe into the prevent measures,Methods：Review the 45patients who had acute cerebral apoplexy is complicated by acute renal failure.Results：In this 45patient,30patients were cured,3patients gave up the therapy,5patients dead and 7patients bad good prognoais therough the hemdialysis.Conclusion ：The appearance of the acute cerebral apoplexy is complicated by acute by acute renal failure is corrected with the age,the basic illness and the medicaments.Once the disease happened,we should treat positively.
