摘　　要：目的：了解50岁以上社区人群认知功能的状态。方法：对秦皇岛海港区某社区50岁以上人群进行面对面调查。筛查用简易智能精神状态量表（MMSE），Hachinski缺血评分，焦虑自评量表，抑郁自评量表，确诊用临床痴呆评定量表（CDR）、护充痴呆量表（ESD）及记忆检查记录。结果：调查2269人，查出MMSE正常组2096人，其中正常高分组1970人，占86.8%;正常低分126人，占5.6%;轻度认知功能障碍（MCI）70人，检出率3.1%；老年性痴呆（Alzhcimer＇s disease以下简称AD）50人，均为轻度痴呆，检出率2.2%，血管性轻度认知功能障碍（VCI）36人，占1.6%，血管性痴呆（VaD）15人，占0.7%；混合性痴呆（MD）2人，占0.1%。结论：50岁以上人群认知功能障碍常见，主要表现为MCI、轻度AD。Objective：To understand the community population over the age of 50 cognitive function in the state.Methods：Qinhuangdao port Qumou community groupa over the age of 50 face-to-face survey.Simple screening intelligent mental state examination（MMSE）,Hachinski ischemia score.the self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale;diagnosed with clinical dementia rating scale（CDR）,expansion of dementia Scale（ESD）and memory Inspection records.Results：Survey 2269,found MMSE normal 2069,of which normal high scoves division 1970,accounting for 86.8 percent,normal low scores 126,accounting for 5.6 percent mild cognitive impairment（MCI）70,detection Rate of 3.1% of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）50,are mild dementia,and the detection rate of 2.2 percent;vascular mild cognitive impairment（VCI）36,accounting for 1.6 percent of vascular Dementia （VaD）15,accounting for 0.7 percent;mixed dementia（MD）2,accounting for 0.1 percent.Conclusion：50 people over the age of cognitive dyafunction common,mainly for MCI,mild AD.
