摘  要:随着经济发展、生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,以及环境的污染,肿瘤发病率逐年上升,已成为人类第二大死亡原因。目前已知的nm23基因家族成员有9个,其结构、功能及作用机制尚不完全明了,nm23-H1~H9基因其结构有一定同源性,功能及作用机制上各有不同,nm23-H1~H3基因主要与肿瘤转移抑制相关,nm23-H4~H9主要与线粒体间能量传递、生殖功能及细胞的分化与运动等相关。本文就NM23基因家族成员结构、功能及可能的作用机制作如下综述。With the eeonomie development, advanee of living standard, ehange of life style, and pollution of environment, the tumor ineidenee is inereasing year by year and tumor has been the seeond eanse of death. At present,9 members have been found in the family of nm23, gene, however, their strueture, funetion and meehanism of aetion are still not known completely. Nm23 H1 - H9 gene are homologous in structure in a eertain extent, but they are different in funetion and mechanism of action. Nm23 H1 - H3 genes is mainly related to about the inhibition of tumor metastasis, while Nm23 H4 - H9 genes is mainly related to the energy transfer in mitoehondrial, proereation function, and differentiation and movement of eell. This artiele reviews the nm23 gene family about its structure, function and possible mechanism of aetion and so on.
