莆田田径运动滑坡的社会学研究

摘　　要：采用文献法、专家访谈法、专家问卷调查法、逻辑分析法,就20世纪80年代以来莆田田径运动滑坡的主要因素进行社会学分析。研究表明:影响莆田田径运动滑坡的主要因素包括:家长对子女的就业期望值提高,运动员的文化程度和职业技能难以满足就业需要,原有进运动队所带来的城市户口、就业等待遇消失,现行田径运动人才发现、培养和输送激励机制不完善。With the help of the methodology of philology, experts interview, experts questionnaire, and logical analysis, the paper makes a sociological analysis of the main factors causing Putian athletics landslide since 1980s. The study has shown that the main factors causing Putian athletics landslide are as follows： increasing employment expectations of parents for children; the educational level and professional skill of athletes not high enough to meet the demand for employment; disappearance of the previous privileged treatment of athletes on the team, such as their urban residency and employment priority; and the imperfect present incentive mechanisms for finding, training and providing athletics talents.
