摘　　要：利用Fuzzy点运算来刻画Fuzzy半群及Fuzzy理想,并讨论了Fuzzy半群、Fuzzy左(右,双,内)理想的代数性质.最后,给出了Fuzzy半群成为Fuzzy群的充分必要条件.In this paper, the authors characterize the Fuzzy semigroups by Fuzzy points. The concepts of Fuzzy semigroups and Fuzzy left（right） ideals are given by Fuzzy points,some of their algebraic properties are discussed,then the connditions of a Fuzzy semigroup to be a Fuzzy group are given.
