摘　　要：明确武昌"历史悠久、古老府城、文化丰富、声誉显著"的历史文化特色,确定"文化之城、革命之城、风景之城"保护规划理念,概括"一城"、"两带"、"两街"、"四区"、"多点"的规划结构,以保护促发展,借发展重保护,提出将武昌建设成为具有现代化生活气息的历史文化名城的构想。This paper crystallizes the historical and cultural characteristic of Wuchang city, which is ＂long history, old town, rich culture and great fame＂ ;introduces the concept for protection planning, which is ＂the city of culture, revolution and scenery＂ ;summarizes the structure of planning , which is ＂one city＂, ＂two belts＂, ＂two streets＂, ＂four regions＂ and ＂several spots＂. Aiming to accelerate the development by protection, while stress protection by development, and propose a suitable structure for protection planning, makes an old city with a modern flavor.
