摘 要:利用劈窗算法反演地表温度最早主要应用于NOAA-AVHRR数据,随着MODIS传感器的升空,其数据正在得到越来越广泛的应用.由于MODIS传感器自身具有水汽观测能力,可以为劈窗算法提供实时的水汽含量以及大气透过率等参数,更加方便了劈窗算法的应用.本文选用了Becker(1987),Sobrino(1991)以及覃志豪(2005)3种劈窗算法,应用MODIS 1B数据进行地表温度的反演,并利用MODTRAN进行算法精度检验,结果表明Becker算法在不同水汽含量以及地表温度情况下,都保持了较高的精度,适用性较广.同时选取了冬季和夏季两景MODIS图像,将反演结果与NASA的地表温度产品进行比较,结果表明Becker算法更接近标准产品值.综合这2种比较方法,认为Becker算法较其他2种算法更有优势.Split window algorithm for retrieving land surface temperature was mainly applied to NOAAAVHRR data. Moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) has the ability to observe water vapor content in the atmosphere, so it provides real-time parameters like water vapor content and atmospheric transmittance for split window algorithm, which makes the application of split window algorithm easier. MODIS 1B data and three split window algorithms including Becket (1987), Sobrino (1991) and Qin (2005) were adopted to retrieve land surface temperature. MODTRAN was adopted to validate accuracy of the three split window algorithms. Data showed that Becker's algorithm had better accuracy under different conditions of water vapor content and land surface temperature. At the same time, surface temperature data retrieved from summer and winter images were compared with NASA land surface temperature products. Data showed that Beeker's algorithm was closer to the products. Based on two comparing methods, Becker's algorithm was considered better than the other two algorithms.
