胃高位溃疡85例胃镜检查分析

摘　　要：85例胃高位溃疡分析表明,本病多见于中老年人;好发于胃小弯及后壁;巨型溃疡(直径≥2.5cm)常见;位于小弯垂直部近贲门侧者多为良性。并对高位溃疡胃镜诊断的体会及临床意义进行了讨论。The fibrogastroscopic feature of 85 cases with high position gastric ulcer are reported. Our data showed: (l)most of the patients with high position ulcer were more than 40 years old(77. 6%); (2) ulcerous lesions were mainly presented over the lesser gastric curvature and posterior wall(86%); (3) the frequency of gaint ulcer was higher in high position ulcer(54%); (4)the ulcer over the perpendicular position of the lesser gastric curvature nearby the side of cardia was most likely to be benign (82%). Some relevant.points in the diagnosis of high position ulcer by fibrogastroscopy and its clinical significance are discussed.
