摘　　要：Skp2蛋白属于F-box蛋白家族成员之一，在SCF鲰皿E3泛素连接酶复合体中负责对底物的识别。Skp2介导许多蛋白通过泛素化依赖的蛋白酶体途径进行降解，其中包括P27、P21等细胞周期负调控蛋白。研究发现skp2的过表达与许多肿瘤的发生、发展和预后密切相关，其可能作为肿瘤治疗的一个新靶点。Skp2 is a member of the F-box family and constitutes the snbstrate recognition snbnnit of the SCF^SKP2 nbiquitin ligase complex. It plays an important role in the protein degradation through the nbiq- nitin-proteasome pathway, including the cell cycle inhibitor such as P27 and P21, et al. Overexpression of Skp2 has been found to correlate with the development and prognosis of many kinds of tumors and it may be a new target for tumor therapy.
