摘  要:目的探讨鼻腔内低强度激光照射治疗(ILILT)对脑梗死患者淋巴细胞增殖、畸变、凋亡和细胞周期动力学指数的影响,以及致突变性。方法对ILILT前、后的35例脑梗死患者和35例健康成年人外周血进行淋巴细胞培养,并进行细胞增殖指数(MI)、细胞周期动力学指数(CKI)、姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)频率和细胞凋亡的分析,观察ILILT对淋巴细胞的效应。结果ILILT后,脑梗死患者的淋巴细胞增殖活性比对照组和照射前有所提高,并且随着照射剂量的增加其增殖活性也增高(P<0.05,P<0.001),但对淋巴细胞周期的进程影响不大。各组间的SCE频率差异不显著(P>0.05)。ILILT前、后的CKI与对照组相比,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。ILILT后脑梗死患者的细胞凋亡率比照射前和对照组比较均有极显著增加(P<0.001)。结论ILILT能提高脑梗死患者的淋巴细胞增殖活性,虽可诱发较高的淋巴细胞凋亡率,但对细胞没有致突变性。Objective To explore the effects of intranasal low intensity laser therapy (ILILT) on cell proliferation, aberration, apoptosis and genotoxicity of lymphocytes in patients with cerebral infarction(CI). Methods The lymphocytes in peripheral blood in patients with CI were sampled before and after treatment and cultured, and then some parameters such as the mitosis index(MI) , cell cycle kinetic index( CKI), frequency of sister chromatid exchanges (SCE) and apoptosis were analyzed in order to explore the effects of ILILT on lymphocytes. Results The proliferative activities of lymphocytes were significantly increased by ILILT( P 〈 0. 05 )as compared with that before the treatment and that of the control group. There was a correlation between the proliferation and dose of ILILT(P 〈0. 001 ). However, the effects of ILILT on cell cycles of lymphocytes were not significant. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group with regard to CKI and frequency of SCE no matter before or after treatment(P 〉0. 05). After ILILT, the rate of apoptosis in patients with CI was significantly increased when compared with that before treatment and that of the control group, as revealed by flow cytometry(FCM) (P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusions ILILT could increase the proliferative activities leading to higher apoptosis rate of lymphocytes, but without genotoxicity.
