半导体激光联合穴位注射治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕

摘　　要：目的观察半导体激光联合穴位注射治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的临床治疗效果。方法椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者80例,随机分为2组,每组40例。治疗组以波长650nm、功率50mW、光斑直径10mm、时间10min半导体激光照射两侧风池穴,照射后于颈椎夹背穴注射血塞通注射液1.0-1.5ml。对照组静脉点滴倍他司汀500ml加胞磷胆碱1.0g。两组每日均治疗1次,6次为1疗程。2个疗程后观察治疗前后临床症状、主要症状积分、血液流变学、血栓素B2（thromboxane B2,TXB2）、血小板聚集率、左右椎动脉和椎基底动脉血流速度的变化。结果两组总有效率分别为95.0%和77.5%,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组主要症状均改善,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.01）;两组血液流变学、TXB2、血小板聚集率、椎基底动脉血流速度均有新改善,且治疗组优于对照组（P（0.01,P〈0.05）。结论半导体激光联合穴位注射治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of semiconductor laser with acupoint- injection on vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo. Methods Forty patients in the treatment group treated with semiconductor laser and acupoint- injection,other 40 in the control group treated with intravenous injection and pill, to observe the changes before and after treatment in clinically main symptoms, scores of chief symptoms, hemorhcology, TXB2, platelet aggregation rate and blood flow velocity in vertebrobasilar arteries. Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in treatment group,while it was 77. 5% in control group（ P 〈0. 01 ） ;hemorheology,TXB2 , platelet aggregation rate and blood flow velocity in vertebrobasilar arteries were changed in two groups, the treatment group was higher than that of control group（P 〈 0. 01 ,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Semiconductor laser with acupoint-injection is effective on vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo.
