摘　　要：阐述了学科建设的内涵及在科研工作中的作用,农业科研单位学科建设的指导思想和应坚持的5项基本原则,最后从认识、规划、项目管理、投入和管理机制5方面提出了农业科研单位应采取的应对措施。The connotation of discipline construction and its function in scientific research work were expounded. The guiding thought and five basic principles of the discipline construction in agricuhural scientific and research institutions were discussed. Finally some corresponding in the agricultural scientific and research institutions were put forward from 5 aspects of cognition, programming, project management, investment and management mechanism.
