摘  要:分别利用振荡平衡法和柱淋溶法研究了甲基磺草酮在不同土壤中的吸附和淋溶特性及其影响因素.结果表明,甲基磺草酮在5种供试土壤上的吸附特性能较好地用线性吸附等温线拟合,吸附常数Kd为0.77~4.43L/kg,很难被土壤吸附.影响吸附的因素主要是土壤pH值,其次是有机质含量.土壤pH值增高,离子态的甲基磺草酮量增加,吸附减弱;甲基磺草酮在土壤中具有较强的淋溶性,影响其淋溶性能的主要因素是土壤pH值,pH值越高,淋溶性能越强.The adsorption and the leaching of a new herbicide mesotrione in five soils from China were examined using batch equilibrium method and column leaching method in order to understand the attenuation of this chemical in environment. Mesotrione was hard to be absorbed by soil (Kd values ranged from 0.77 to 4.43 L/kg), and its adsorption could f'mally be denoted by linear isotherm. Adsorption of mesotrione was primarily related to soil pH and to a lesser extent by percent organic carbon (%OC). As soil pH increased, mesotrione Kd values got smaller as mesotrione dissociated from the molecular to anionic form. Mesotrione was easy to be leached into lower surface soil and brought some risks to groundwater, and its leaching ability was also related to soil pH, getting stronger as soil pH increased.
