雌二醇抗肝纤维化的实验性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨雌二醇对大鼠肝纤维化的影响及机制,以便对肝纤维化的治疗提供一种新的途径。方法CCL4诱导大鼠肝纤维化动物模型,观察雌二醇对大鼠肝纤维化形成过程中血清AST、ALT、HA、CⅣ,以及肝组织胶原纤维沉积的影响。结果雌二醇降低AST、ALT,HA、CⅣ及肝组织胶原纤维组织的沉积(P<0.05)。结论雌二醇有抑制大鼠肝纤维化进展的作用。Objective To analyze the suppressive effects of estradiol on liver fihrotic rats, and then to investigate the suppressive effects of estradiol on liver fibrosis and prospect of clinic application. Methods Liver fibrosis was induced in rats by CCL4 administration, and was treated with estradiol. The expression of serum AST、ALT、 HA、CIV and hepatic collagen content were studied at the end of the experiment. Results Estradiol treatment suppress serum AST 、 ALT 、 HA 、 C IV and hepatic collagen content （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Estradiol probably suppresses liver fihrotic rats.
