甲真菌病患者生活质量的初步调查

摘　　要：目的了解甲真菌病对患者生活质量的影响。方法采用国际通用的半定势问卷,由专科医师进行现场调查。结果共调查118例甲真菌病患者,男52例(44.1%),女66例(55.9%)。趾甲真菌病79例(66.9%),指甲真菌病70例(59.3%),趾甲和指甲均受累31例(26.3%)。主观健康感受有影响者79例(66.9%),情感受影响者108例(91.5%),思维受影响者111例(94.1%),有社交障碍者102例(86.4%)。女性甲真菌病患者在情感和思维影响方面的评分均显著高于男性(P值均<0.05)。不同病程患者各生活质量因子评分间的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),病程与社交障碍呈正相关(r=0.210,P<0.05)。病甲数目与主观健康因子(r=0.206,P<0.05)和情感影响因子(r=0.290,P<0.01)呈正相关。指甲受累数目与主观健康因子(r=0.258)和社交障碍因子(r=0.252)呈正相关(P值均<0.01)。结论甲真菌病不仅影响患者的指、趾甲功能及美观,还对患者的生活质量有一定的影响。Objective To investigate the influence of onychomycosis on the quality of life of its victims. Methods A semi-structured questionnaire, which was used internationally, was used to assess the quality of life patients with onychomycosis by medical specialists. Results Of the 118 patients with onychomycosis, 52 （44.1%）were male and 66 （55.9%）were female. Toenail onychomycosis was found in 79 cases （66.9%）, fingernail onychomycosis in 70 cases （59.3%）, and 31（26.3%） had both toenail and fingernail onychomycosis. The disease had obvious negative influence on the quality of life of it victims： 79（66.9%） worried about their health status, 108 （91.5%） had emotional influence, 111 （94.1%） had thinking influence, and 102 （86.4%） had difficulty in social communication. The emotional and thinking influences in the female patients were significantly more severe than in the male ones （all P〈0.05）. The severities of influence on the quality of life increased with the increase of diseased nail number and the disease course. Conclusion Onychomycosis not only influence the function and appearance of patients, but also influence their quality of life.
