摘　　要：对２１例非均匀性脂肪肝患者的显象图特点进行了分型探讨，给出了典型病例，对超声显象的诊断进行了验证，为超声签别肝脏占位性病变、减少误诊提供了客观依据．This paper discusses the classical investigate on the characteristics of the sonography on 21 patients with heterogencity fatly liver .From these,we offer the objective basis for distinguishing the pathrcharge occuping space lesion in liver by ultrasonography and dicreasing the erroreous diagnosis.
