摘　　要：组织网络分析是社会网络分析的重要分支，也是目前一个跨学科研究热点。本文研究了基于科技文献的科研组织网络分析方法。目的是将组织网络分析运用于科技文献的深层分析以满足知识服务需求。此方法涉及数据的采集、处理、分析和展示全过程，采用了高效的社团发现算法，通过发现组织社团和定位关键成员，结合传统文本挖掘与文献计量方法，产生出组织学术地图。本文以某高校文献为数据源进行了实例说明。本方法能应用于科技咨询、科技评价、知识导航等广泛的知识服务领域。Social and organizational network analysis has become a hot research area involves multi-discipline. A method of organizational network analysis for scientific research organization based on scientific literature is studied in this paper. Its aim is to introduce organizational network analysis to scientific literature processing and analysis to meet the demands of knowledge service. The method involves the whole process of data gathering, processing, analysis and visualization. A mapping of science for an organization is produced by using efficient algorithm of community finding and locating key members in communities and integrating text mining and bibliometrics methods. A case study is given with the data of a university. It can be applied to the field of knowledge service, such as scientific consultation and scientific organization evaluation and knowledge navigation.
