摘　　要：新辅助化疗作为治疗宫颈癌的一种新的辅助手段,尽管在各期治疗中都取得了很好的效果,但是尚处在临床研究阶段,对其化疗方案、给药途径、治疗的长期疗效等仍存在很大的争议,矛盾无处不在,无时不有,只要我们抓住治疗中的主要矛盾,把握矛盾的主要方面,趋利避害,就能有效治疗宫颈癌。As a new supportive, neoadjuvant chemotherapy treatment of cervical cancer achieved good results in all phases, but is still in clinical research. There remains much controversy on the chemotherapy programs, administration router long --term effects. Conflicts exists everywhere, every time, as long as we grasp the main aspects of problem, around a favourable, avoid a harmful, we can treat the cervical cancer effectively.
