羌活、苍术混合提取挥发油的包合工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究β-环糊精包合羌活、苍术混合挥发油的最佳工艺。方法以挥发油包合率为评价指标,对饱和水溶液、研磨及超声法进行了比较,通过统计学处理,第二法包合率最高,并用正交法优选其最佳包合工艺;进行包合物紫外鉴别。结果与结论最佳包合工艺:β-环糊精:挥发油=8:1,加4倍量水,研磨3h。Objective To study the best preparation of naphtha of Notopterygium and Atractylodes by β-CD Methods To make the package rate of naphtha as the evaluating indicator;to make a comparative test with the method of saturated water solution,trituration method, and ultrasound method;to use orthogonal design and select the best packed preparation condition of trituration method, after that, to examine the packed substance with UV. Results and Conclusion The best packed preparation condition based following conditions： β-cydclodextrin ; Naphtha = 8 ： 1, adding 4 times water, tuiturating 3 hours.
