碧兰麻在牙科治疗中的应用与疗效

摘　　要：目的通过局部浸润注射碧兰麻来观察急性牙髓炎患者治疗时的麻醉疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,运用不同的麻醉方法,实验组注射碧兰麻,对照组注射利多卡因。观察两组在牙髓治疗中的疗效。结果注射碧兰麻的实验组与注射利多卡因的对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组麻醉效果优于对照组。结论碧兰麻的麻醉效果越来越得到人们的认可和满意,可以取代利多卡因在牙科治疗中应用。Objective Observation anesthesia therapeutic effect of acute pulpitis patients by injecting Articaine with local infiltration. Methods 120 patients were divided into two groups randomly, deploying different anaesthesia methods, experimental group injected Articaine and control group injected Lidocaine. Observation two groups＇therapeutic effect in the endodontic treatment. Results Contrast experimental group and control group, there was a significant deviation（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, anesthesia therapeutic effect of experimental group surpass control group. Conclusion Anesthesia effect of Articaine obtain more and more approve and satisfaction, which may applicate replace Lidocaine in the dental therapy.
