摘 要:目的:探讨磁共振血管造影术(MRA)和数字减影血管造影术(DSA)在缺血性脑血管病中的诊断价值。方法:对45例脑缺血患者同时进行DSA和MRA,对结果进行分析比较。结果:检查缺血性脑血管病患者的血管520条,DSA发现130条正常,390条异常(75.0%),其中动脉粥样硬化120处,狭窄201处,闭塞69处;MRA诊断血管狭窄的敏感性为94.1%,特异性为96.2%,准确度为91.0%。结论:MRA在缺血性脑血管病的中具有方便、安全、准确等优点,可作为有效的筛选检查。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Methods 45 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases were detected by both MRA and DSA. The results of MRA were then compared with those of DSA. Results Abnormal conditions were detectable in 390 of 520 vessels (75.0%) by DSA, including arteriosclerosis in 120 arteries, stenosis in 201 arteries, and occlusion in 69 arteries; while the sensitivity of MRA for vascular stenosis was 94.1%, the specificity was 96.2%, and the accuracy was 91.0%. Conclusion MRA is a convenient, safe, and accurate approach in the detection of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and may be used as an effective screening examination.
