摘　　要：目前,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的诊断金标准仍为肝脏活检,然其具有一定风险。该文在回顾现有NAFLD非侵入性诊断方法的基础上,从氧化反应、炎症反应、肝细胞凋亡和肝纤维化四个方面系统介绍NAFLD非侵入性诊断的新方法。The current available golden diagnostic standard for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is hepatocyte biopsy but with certain risks. This review aimed to outline the novel noninvasive diagnostic methods of NAFLD ftom the aspects of oxidative reaction, inflammatory process, hepatocyte apoptosis and hepatic fibrosis after brief introduction of currently used noninvasive diagnostic methods of NAFLD.
