卵巢上皮性肿瘤经阴道超声信息与肿瘤标志物的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤经阴道超声信息与血清肿瘤标志物的相关性。方法回顾性分析136例确诊为卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者的经阴道超声和血清肿瘤标志物数据,将超声信息分解成声像图、血流信号图强度和肿瘤内径三个指标并进行分级,分析其与肿瘤标志物的相关性。结果血清肿瘤标志物水平随超声信息分级级别的升高而增加,呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01);在超声声像图方面,CA125和LPA与其呈高度相关(rs>0.8),OPN和TSGF与其呈中度相关(rs>0.6);在血流信号强度方面,LPA与其呈高度相关(rs>0.8),CA125、OPN、TSGF与其呈中度相关(rs>0.4);在超声肿瘤内径方面,LPA与其呈高度相关(rs>0.8),CA125与其呈中度相关(rs>0.6),OPN和TSGF与其呈低度相关(rs<0.4)。结论经阴道超声检查结合LPA和CA125可能较结合OPN和TSGF对卵巢上皮性肿瘤严重程度的判定更具特异性。Objective To study the relationship between transvaginal ultrasound information and serum tumor markers of epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data of transvaginal ultrasound infornlation and serum tumor markers in 136 patients who had been final diagnosed as having epithelial ovarian carcinoma,further more the transvaginal ultrasound information had been divided into 3 indexes including sonogram,bloodstream signal-gram and tumor inner-diameter,then studying relationship between the grade of indexes and the levels of serum tumor markers after them had been classified. Results Transvaginal ultrasound information＇s grade positively correlated with the levels of serum tumor markers （P 〈 0.01）; In sonogram,the correlation indexes of CA125 and LPA were higher（rs〉0.8）,OPN and TSGF were moderate（rs〉0.6）; In bloodstream signal-gram,the correlation index of LPA was higher（rs〉 0.8）,CA125,OPN and TSGF were moderate（rs〉0.4）; In tumor inner-diameter,the correlation index of LPA was higher（rs〉0.8）,CA125 was moderate （rs〉0.6）, OPN and TSGF were lower （rs〈0.4）. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography combination with CA125 and LPA were more specific than combination with OPN and TSGF in diagnosing of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
