摘　　要：护理安全和护理质量是医院护理管理工作的永恒主题。随着医疗法制、法规的颁布,护理服务的内涵不断深入发展,护理管理理念和模式亦日趋完善,因此,寻找护理质量管理中存在的不足和建立健全护理管理体系是保障护理安全、防范护理差错的有效途径。The safety and quality of care was the eternal subject in hospital nursing administration. With the promulgation of medical service law and regulation, the nursing service was being developed in depth continuously and the conception and pattern of nursing supervision was being perfected. Therefore. searching defect in quality of care and building the nursing supervision system was an effective approach that we should take to guarantee the safety of care as well as to prevent malpractice.
