摘　　要：目的:探讨综合评定表在临床教学工作中的应用效果。方法:通过综合评定表的制定和建立以及临床教学工作中的应用,客观地对临床护理实习生进行综合素质评价。结果:使带教老师不断地调整教学方法,更好地指导学生,且取得良好效果。结论:综合评价表在临床教学工作中的应用是提高教学工作的有效方法。Objective： To discuss the effect of using comprehensive accessing chart in clinical teaching. Methods： The comprehensive accessing chart was used in clinical teaching and the comprehensive ability of nursing students was estimated. Results： The use of comprehensive accessing chart made the teacher adjust the teaching method and got good result in teaching. Conclusion： The comprehensive accessing chart was an effective way to improve clinical teaching.
