摘　　要：以我国现阶段对外贸易扩张的瓶颈分析为切入点,分析融通仓在推动对外贸易中的可行性及影响融通仓服务平台运行的关键,为融通仓的良好发展提供建议。并分析了融通仓通过整合银行、企业、物流公司三方面资源使动产成为可控的质押品,为解决中小贸易企业融资难题提供了有效途径。The paper introduces the connotation of FTW （finance, transportation and warehouse） at present, which contains stock pledge model and confirmed warehouse model that satisfy the different finance demand by the different arrangement of pledge, finance and repayment forms and analyzes how the FTW model to make the chattel become the pledge that can be controlled by integxating the resources of bank, enterprise and logistics corporations.
