摘　　要：认知地图是表征认知主体思想的一种工具,被广泛运用于决策分析和战略管理。本文介绍了认知地图的涵义,特点,功能,绘制以及分析方法,并选择了一家企业作为应用对象,对认知地图作了实际运用。Cognitive map is a tool representing subject idea, which is used widely in the decision analysis and strategic management. The meaning, characters, functions, mapping and analyzing method of cognitive map are introduced. A company is chosen to apply cognitive map as a case study.
