摘　　要：随着医疗卫生体制不断完善,社会服务机制逐步健全,医务社会工作正成为为患者提供整体性照顾服务、良好人文关怀的重要力量。它是使患者得到优质医疗服务、促进生物医学模式转变、树立医疗机构良好社会形象的重要保障。本文对医务社会工作的定义及我国医务社工的现状进行分析,探讨其社会意义,提出加强医务社会工作的对策,以希提高医疗服务质量和水平,为促进医院和谐、构建和谐社会做出贡献。With the development of health system and social service mechanism, medical social working was playing an important role to provide integration service and humanistic care. Medical social working could help patients gain excellence medical service, promote biomedical model transition and build good social image. The conception of medical social working and status of medical social working were analyzed. The meanings and measures were presented. Medical social working could improve medical service quality, build harmonious hospital and harmonious society.
