氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂对根管封药后诊间疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂对根管治疗期间痛的防治效果。方法:将360例慢性根尖周炎病例随机分成两组,一组为氢氧化钙碘仿组(观察组),另一组为甲醛甲酚组(对照组),每组180例,观察封药1周后根管治疗期间疼痛发生率。结果:观察组Ⅱ、Ⅲ级疼痛发生率为3.9%,对照组为11.1%,两组间有显著差异(P(0.01)。结论:氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂应用于根管封药能有效预防和降低根管治疗期间痛的发生。Objective：To evalate the efficacy of calcium hydroxide-iodoform used as an intracanal medicament in root canal therapy of periapical periodontitis teeth. Methods： A randomized study of inracanal placement of calcium hydroxide-iodoform paste as a therapy for teeth with periapical periodontitis was performed. Three hundred and sixty teeth with periapical periodontitis were randomly allocated to eithor the formocresol group or the calcium hydroxide -iodoform group. The clinical efficacy after a 1-week period was observed. Results： Statistically significant difference was found in Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade pain between calcium hy- droxide-iodoform group and formocresol group, the pain rate was 3.9%（7/180） in teeth treated with calcium hydroxide-iodoform group and 11.1%（20/180） in teeth treated with formocresol group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Calcium hydroxide-iodoform paste as an intracanal medicament during root canal therapy can effectively prevent or decrease pain.
