摘　　要：建立测定泡腾片中牛磺酸含量的方法。牛磺酸经邻苯二甲醛衍生，采用Diamondsil C18（5μm×250mm×4．6mm）色谱柱分离；流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水（1：1：8）；流速1．0mL·min^-1；波长330nm．外标法定量。牛磺酸在40μg·mL^-1～200μg·mL^-1峰面积与进样量的线性关系良好（R^2=0．9991），回收率在98．85％～101．15％，RSD=0．749％。本法精密度高，重现性好，定量准确，可用于测定泡腾片中牛磺酸的含量。To dvelope a method for the determination of taurin in effervescent tablet. After derivated by o - phthalaldehyde,Taurin was separated from other substance by Diamondsil C18 column（ 5μm × 250 mm × 4.6 mm） with acetonitrile - methanol - water（ 1 ： 1 ： 8 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- 1. The detective wavelength was at 330 nm. Taurin quantified by external standard method . The standard curve showed a good linear rela- tionship in the range of concentration 40 μg · mL^-1 -200 μg · mL^-1 （ R^2 = 0. 999 1 ）. The recovery was 98.85% - 101.15% with the RSD of 0.749%. The method gave high precision, good reapeatability,accurate determined values and can be used to determine the content of taurin in effervescent tablet.
