苍耳愈伤组织提取物对番茄灰霉病菌的抑菌活性

摘　　要：以野外采集苍耳和室外种植苍耳提取物为对照,利用生长速率法、孢子萌发法及显微观察,研究了苍耳愈伤组织提取物对番茄灰霉菌活性的影响。结果表明:苍耳愈伤组织提取物对番茄灰霉菌具有较强的抑制作用,其抑制菌丝生长的EC50为20.27 mg/mL,在30 mg/mL浓度下,对番茄灰霉菌孢子形成和孢子萌发的抑制率均达到70%以上,其对孢子形成和孢子萌发的EC50分别为9.06 mg/mL和15.21 mg/mL,其抑菌活性与野外采集苍耳和室外种植苍耳抑菌提取物相当.By using the methods of growth rate,spore germination and microscopical observation,taking nature and culture Xanthium sibiricum as CK,the activity of the extract from Xanthium sibiricum callus on Botrytis cinerea was studied. The results showed that the extracts had high antifungal activity to Botrytis cinerea. Its EC50 of growth inhibition of the hyphae was 20.27 mg/mL. When the concentration was 30 mg/mL,inhibiting rate of spore produce and germination of Botrytis cinerea were over 70 % ,EC50 of spore produce and germination were 9.06 mg/mL and 15.21 mg/mL respectively. The activity was comparable to the nature and culture Xanthiurn sibiricurn extracts.
