灵芝多糖调节血糖血脂作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究灵芝多糖对四氧嘧啶致高血糖大鼠血糖,血脂水平及四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠、去甲肾上腺素致高血糖小鼠及正常小鼠血糖水平的影响。方法:制备四氧嘧啶致高血糖大鼠模型,给药4周后取血测定血糖及血脂水平;制备四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠模型及去甲肾上腺素致高血糖小鼠模型,给药2周后取血测定血糖水平。结果:灵芝多糖能明显降低四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病大鼠的血糖和血脂水平,其中高剂量组与模型对照组相比均有显著意义(P<0.05),并能明显降低四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠及去甲肾上腺素所致高血糖小鼠的血糖水平,其中高剂量组与模型对照组相比均有显著意义(P<0.05),而对正常小鼠血搪水平影响较小,低、中、高剂量组与正常对照组相比均无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:灵芝多糖对四氧嘧啶致高血糖大鼠有明显的降血糖、血脂作用,对四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠及去甲肾上腺素致高血糖小鼠具有明显降血糖作用,而对正常小鼠血糖水平影响较小。Objective： To study the hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effect of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide on diabetic rats and mice induced by alloxan, the hyperglycemic mice induced by noradrenalin and normal mice. Methods： With the polysaccharide of ganoderma lucidum by ig administration to diabetic rats induced by alloxan for 4 weeks and diabetic mice induced by alloxan, the hyperglycemic mice induced by noradrenalin and normal mice for 2 weeks. Then the blood glucose, TC, TG and HDL-C has been detected. Results： The high dooses of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide were able to lower blood glucose, TC and TG and increase the content of HDL-C of diabetic rats, were able to lower blood glucose diabetic mice and the hyperglycemic mice. The ganoderrna lucidum polysaccharide were able to decrease the blood glucose of normal mice, but less than that of Metformin Hydrochloride group. Conchlsion： The results show that the polysaccharide of ganoderma lucidum has the hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effect.
