摘　　要：采用模糊参数自整定PID的模糊策略实现对散体物料光电色选机的自动化智能控制,系统以TMS320VC5402为主控器,经过一定的模糊控制规则对色选机主作业参数之流量、背景板角度和滑槽仰角进行控制,达到自动调整色选机工作状态的目的.结合模糊PID控制,设计了基于DSP的智能控制方案,给出了系统的硬件构成和软件实现算法.The automatic intelligent control to the photoelectric color sorter available for granular material separation was realized by using the fuzzy PID strategy with automatic parameter identification. With the application of TMS320VC5402 as master controller to control the main sorting operation parameters including the sorting capacity, the background plate obliquity and the chute elevation according to the established fuzzy control rules, the automatic adjustment of the color sorter performance was achieved. Based on the fuzzy PID control, the intelligent control algorithm by DSP was implemented. The hardware configuration and the software realization were designed.
