摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌感染(Hp)对慢性浅表性胃炎胃黏膜表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达的影响。方法:采用免疫组化以及半定量的分析方法检测Hp阳性组与Hp阴性组,以及Hp根除前后胃窦黏膜EGFR表达量的变化。结果:EGFR阳性物质表达于黏膜上皮细胞,胞浆/胞膜着色,呈棕黄色颗粒。与Hp阴性组比较,Hp阳性组的EGFR染色评分显著减少(P<0.05);根除Hp后的胃黏膜较根除前EGFR的表达量显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:Hp感染导致胃黏膜EGFR表达减少,提示EGFR在Hp相关性胃炎的发病机制中起一定作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of H.pylori （HP） infection on epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） expression in gastric antral mucosa. Metheds： The expression of EGFR were compared among Hp positive, negtive patients and after eradication of Hp by immunohistochemical method. Results： Cell membrane and cytoplasmic staining of EGFR protein could be detected in gastric epithelial cell.The expression of EGFR in Hp positive group was significantly lower than that in negative group （P〈0.05）. The expression of EGFR before eradication of Hp was significantly lower than that after eradication respectively （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： H.pylori infection leads to downexpression of EGFR in gastric mucosa, suggesting that EGFR may be involved in the pathogenesis of H.pylori-related gastritis.
