金属烤瓷联冠在慢性牙周病修复治疗中应用

摘　　要：目的:观察金属烤瓷联冠修复体对牙周病患者修复治疗的效果。方法:选来我科进行修复治疗的牙周病患者79例,随机分成两组,分别进行金属烤瓷联冠式牙周夹板和树脂粘接桥式牙周夹板修复,修复后6个月、1、2年随访检查修复效果,并进行统计学分析。结果:金属烤瓷联冠式牙周夹板与树脂粘接桥式牙周夹板修复治疗效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:金属烤瓷联冠修复体在牙周病修复治疗中的作用优于树脂粘接桥式牙周夹板修复体。Objective： To evaluate the results of combined porcelain fused to metal crowns splint treatment of chronic periodontal disease. Methods：79 patients with periodontal disease were chosen and divided into 2 groups randomly. Combined porcelain fused to metal crowns splint treatment and resin adhesive splint treatment were used respectively. Results of treatment were examined after 6 months, 1 year and 2 years respectively. Statistic analysis was made between groups. Results： differences of treatment results between combined porcelain fused to metal crowns splint and resin adhesive splint were significant. Conclusion：Treatment results of combined porcelain fused to metal crowns splint was better than that of resin adhesive splint.
