鼻咽癌组织LMP-1表达与外周血EBV-IgA/VCA的关系

摘　　要：目的研究鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)患者Epstein-Barr病毒(EBV)感染及潜伏膜蛋白1(la-tent membrane protein-1,LMP-1)表达的情况。方法采用免疫组化实验技术对62例鼻咽癌活检组织及33例慢性鼻咽炎组织中LMP-1的表达进行检测,同时采用免疫酶标法对这些患者外周血EBV的IgA/VCA抗体进行检测。结果外周血EBV-IgA/VCA检出总阳性率在NPC患者中为90.32%(56/62),在慢性鼻咽炎患者中为3.03%(1/33),两者之间差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);LMP-1在NPC组织中表达的总阳性率为59.68%(37/62),在慢性鼻咽炎组织中表达的阳性率为6.06%(2/33),两者之间差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);EBV-IgA/VCA与LMP-1共表达的患者占NPC患者总数的62.5%(35/56)。结论NPC患者外周血EBV-IgA/VCA表达与肿瘤组织中LMP-1阳性表达具有明显相关性;鼻咽癌发病与EBV感染明确相关。Objective To investigate EB virus infection and LMP-1 expression in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods Biopsied materials of 62 cases of NPC and 33 cases of nasopharyngitis were collected. In all cases, LMP-1 was detected by immunohistochemistry and EBV by immunoenzyme method respectively. Results The positive rate of serum EBV-IgA/VCA was 90.32% （56/62） in NPC patients, and 3.03% （1/33） in nasopharyngitis patients （P〈0.05）. The positive expression rate of LMP-1 was 59.68% （37/62） in NPC, and 6.06% （2/33） in nasopharyngitis （P〈0.05）. The co-expression rate of EBV-IgA/VCA and LMP-1 was 62.5% （35/56） in NPC patients. Conclusion The high co-expression levels of EBV-IgA/VCA and LMP-1 may contribute to the development of NPC.
