摘　　要：金融业的发展对金融业执业人才提出了新的要求,如何打造适应市场需求的高职金融专业学生是我们需要关注的问题。本文将本着以能力为导向的教学模式,探讨高职金融专业学生职业能力的评价问题。There are more demanding requirements on financial industry professionals with the development of the financial industry. What we have to pay attention to is how to teach the students efficiently so that they will be able to meet the demands of the market. The paper intends to have a discussion on professional ability evaluation on higher vocational students majored in finance and the possibility of carrying out capacity-oriented teaching mode.
