摘 要:目的:研究不同材质铸造卡环作用于钴铬合金全冠时固位力变化规律,及对冠表面磨损的影响。方法:制作模拟天然牙外形的钴铬合金冠和钴铬合金卡环、纯钛卡环的标准试件,分2组进行1500次反复脱位和就位实验,测试比较脱位力峰值的衰减曲线,并用扫描电子显微镜观察冠表面的磨损情况。结果:(1)2组脱位力的峰值变化均呈现两段式,前段逐步衰减,后段则保持在较稳定的水平,且稳定后钴铬卡环组的力值<纯钛卡环组。(2)实验前后在钴铬合金全冠定点处磨损程度,纯钛卡环组<钴铬合金卡环组。结论:钴铬合金卡环、纯钛卡环在钴铬合金全冠上,均能提供足够的固位力,衰减剧烈程度纯钛卡环组<钴铬卡环组;对于冠表面的磨损程度,纯钛卡环组<钴铬卡环组。Objective: To investigate the attenuation of the retention force with different kinds of cast clasps on Cr-Co crowns, and the effect on the surface of the crowns. Methods: Standard crowns were made simulating the nature tooth, and standard clasps were made using Cr-Co alloy and pure titanium. A repeated placement and removal test was evaluated, and the attenuation curves of the peak values of the retention force were analyzed statistically, the surface of the crowns was scanned before and after the test by the electron microscope to compare the situation of abrasion. Results: (1) The movement of the peak value showed bisection in both groups. The 1st section decayed and can be regressed to a line, the 2nd section kept at a steady level. (2) The abrasion and the breakage of the surface on the metal crowns showed that pure titanium metal clasp〈Cr-Co alloy metal clasp. Conclusions: Both Cr-Co and pure titanium cast clasps can provide enough retention force. The attenuation of the retention force and the abrasion of the crowns in pure titanium clasp groups is lower than that in Cr-Co clasp group.
