摘 要:目的:建立带有完整牙列的下颌骨及固定牙周夹板的三维有限元模型,为牙周病修复治疗的生物力学研究提供基础。方法:采用螺旋CT扫描,分别应用Mimics8.1、Geomagic studio8.0、Imageware11.0及MSC.Marc Mentat2005等软件建立带有完整牙列的下颌骨几何模型及固定牙周夹板的三维有限元模型,并对所建模型进行可行性分析验证。结果:建成后的固定牙周夹板模型与临床实体组织具有高度的几何相似性、力学相似性,网格质量较好,共包含145493个节点和567790个单元,加载后牙周膜内应力得到重新分布,由牙根颈部至根尖部应力值逐渐降低,呈现明显的梯度变化,应力分布较为合理,反映出该有限元模型的有效性。结论:利用CT扫描技术与数字图像技术和三维有限元的方法相结合,建立的固定牙周夹板的三维有限元模型较真实地模拟了临床实际情况,从而为后续不同种类牙周夹板及其基牙和牙周组织的生物力学研究提供有效平台。Objective: To construct three-dimensional finite element model of mandible with full dentition and periodontal splint for biomechanic researches of fixed prosthesis in the treatment of periodontal disease. Methods: After CT scanning, Mimics 8. l, Geomagic studio 8.0, Imagewell 11.0 and MARC engineering design program were employed to constructe 3-D FE model of the mandible with full dentition and fixed splint. The dependability of the model was testified. Results: The constructed model had a good similarity to the morphology of the three dimensional images. The total number of the nodes was 145493 and the number of the elements was 567790. The stress was mainly concentrated in the apical and cervical area of the periodontal membrane and distributed rationally, which indicated that the finite element model was effective. Conclusion: The 3-D FE model of the mandibular fixed splint constructed by CT scanning technology and digital image transfer in combination with finite element analysis is feasible and effective in resembling the clinical situation and could become a platform in the subsequent biomechanic researches of different periodontal splints, abutments and periodontium.
