摘　　要：在当代市场经济环境中,个人理性极大的影响着人类环境保护工作,特别是使环境公共物品的市场配置的失灵,表现为个人理性与环境保护之间的冲突.分析表明,这种个人理性可以通过全社会的伦理道德力量加以修正.因此,大力开展环境伦理教育,由学校和全社会共同促进环境伦理教育的发展,形成良好的环境伦理道德氛围,构建和谐环境社会的新理念对环境保护工作具有深远的意义.Personal rationality greatly influences the haman environmental protection work under the market - economy, especially makes the market fail to allocate the environmental resources, that is they are conflict with each other as referred to this situation. It suggests that environmental ethics education can revise personal rationality and points out the education been vigorously carried out and promoted both by colleges and our society to set a good environmental ethics atmosphere and a new idea of harmonious society has a far - reaching significance for the human environmental protection work.
