高职物流管理专业人才培养模式的改革实践

摘　　要：在深入研究高职教学规律和物流管理专业人才培养模式改革实践的基础上,提出在高职物流管理专业改革与建设的总体目标,从"工学交替"人才培养模式的构建策略、"面向工作过程系统化"的课程体系与教学内容改革、基于关键能力培养的"六步骤"法教学组织与实施模式、专兼结合的"双师结构"教学团队建设以及实习实训基地建设等方面,阐述了物流专业改革与建设的方案与措施。Based on profound probing of higher vocational education and practice of studying reforming,the authors put forward the reformation and construction objectives of logistics management major, expound the construction scheme and methods, including integrational pattern of production and studying , working-process oriented curriculum development, “six-step” studying organization and implementation based on key competency cultivation, excellent teaching team with double-qualified faculty, high-level training shops in school and enterprise and so on.
