摘　　要：特色馆藏有利于提高图书资料的利用率,有利于实现信息资源共享,有利于合理利用有限的图书经费。高职院校必须结合其办学特点、地方产业特点、专业学科特点进行特色馆藏建设。在建设特色馆藏的过程中必须提高图书馆员的素质,做好"灰色文献"采集工作并注重地方特色文化资源。Characteristic library collection helps to raise the utilization rate of books and materials, to share the information resources and to make reasonable use of the limited book fund. Vocational colleges should carry out construction of characteristic library collection based on its college-running characteristics, local industry characteristics and specialty characteristics. In the process of the construction, the quality of librarians should be improved, and attention should be paid to the collection of informal document resources and characteristic local cultural resources
