木槿叶中表面活性成分的初步研究

摘　　要：用气相色谱-质谱分析了木槿叶乙醇提取液中表面活性剂的种类和含量,同时,还测定了木槿叶原汁的基本性质,结果表明,木槿叶乙醇提取液中含有表面活性成分41种,有长链脂肪醇、脂肪酸类等阴离子表面活性成分,也有酮、胺类等非离子表面活性成分,其总含量为41.278%。Analysis was done on types and content of surfactant ingredients in ethanol extraction of Hibiscus macrophy leaf by GC-MS.The result indicated that there were 41 types of surfactant ingredients,which accounted for 41.278% of the total ethanol extraction.Meanwhile,determination was made on viscosity,pH,foam height,thermal and cold resistance of raw juice of the leaf.
