COX-2及Survivin在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达

摘　　要：目的研究环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)与Survivin基因在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及其与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学检测30例涎腺腺样囊性癌及20例正常涎腺组织中COX-2与Survivin蛋白的表达情况。结果涎腺腺样囊性癌中COX-2及Survivin的表达阳性率分别为66.6%及86.6%,表达量随临床分期的增高而增加(P<0.05)。结论COX-2与Survivin基因与涎腺腺样囊性癌的发生及恶变关系密切。Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） and Survivin in the salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma（SACC） and the relationship between their expression and the tumorigenesis and development. Methods The expression of COX-2 and Survivin of 30 cases of SACC and 20 cases of normal salivary gland was examined with immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive expressing rate of COX-2 and Survivin in the SACC were 66.6% and 86.6% respectively and the expressing quantity was increasing with the increase of clinical stage（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion COX-2 and Survivin are closely related to the genesis and malignancy of SACC.
