用Matlab分析纸张的结构对印刷适性的影响

摘　　要：本文选用了常用的新闻纸为样品,着重研究了纸张结构性能如平滑度、紧度、白度、光泽度和吸墨性对印刷品阶调和色彩再现的影响。实验结果表明,紧度与主密度、叠印率、网点增大、色强度等显著相关;平滑度与色偏、灰度等显著相关;白度和色相偏差、灰度、主密度相关性较大;吸墨性和色效率、叠印率、色强度、网点增大相关性显著;光泽度与色偏、色效率、灰度和色纯度相关。This paper makes use of some newspaper of some company to make an printing experiment,studying the influence of color duplication and tone reproduction from the paper physical performance such as smoothness, gloss, whiteness, yield and ink receptivity. As a result express that： There are ,vide connections between yield and the rate of overprint, the rate of dot enlarge, hue intensity, the main density; Smoothness is of vi- tal importance to the hue deviate, the rate of grey and hue intensity; The relevance between the ink receptivity and the color efficiency, the rate of overprint, hue intensity, the rate of dot enlarge are remarkable; The relevance between whiteness and the hue deviate, the rate of grey, the main density are distinct; The relevance between glossiness and the hue deviate, the rate of grey, the color efficiency ,the color purity are obvious.
